GoozUp is a so-called Job Referral site, it offers a reward to the person who finds the right job candidate.

In short, it works like this:

Employer X is looking for a new employee. They like to have an efficient recruitment process, meaning that they do not want to waste time on irrelevant CVs, nor have to pay a recruitment agency without the insurance that they will find the right candidate.

So, Employer X decides to publish the job on GoozUp and offer a £ 1500 reward for the person who finds them the right candidate.

Now, anybody who knows someone who is interested in this job and meets the requirements can propose this person and can earn the £ 1500 when this person gets hired.
